The Special Education Department at Salesian College, offers a range of programs to support students with special needs.

The Language Development Program in Years 7 and 8 aims to develop the reading, writing and oral skills of students within a small group setting.

Maths support teachers provide for those students experiencing difficulty with numeracy and Maths concepts both within the classroom and in small groups.

Years 9 and 10 offer Alternative Maths and English programs that are designed within the year level curriculum, but allow students to develop skills at their own pace.
